Having your Life Drawing Class at your Sydney home or in a large hotel room is, in our opinion, by far the best option but if either of those simply aren’t a possibility then we have listed 6 great Sydney venues below that we use on a regular basis for our classes. All these venues have food options, from main meals to canapés, are fully licensed with drinks packages to keep you topped up, and they are all absolutely fine with the all-important nudity!

Here are the venues...

1. Boogie Mountain at the Potts Point Hotel

   Set in the heart of Potts Point, The Potts Point Hotel boasts several levels of action from the bar on the ground floor to the fantastic rooftop bar that goes by the name of Sweethearts. In between these levels are the private function rooms that comprise of an entire floor each with their own dedicated bars and bathrooms. In these rooms they can cater for groups of Hens or Birthday Girls from 10 up to 150 guests!

   This is Hen’s Knights #1 go to location for hosting our Hens Life Drawing Classes in Sydney – it is in a super convenient location, very classy and well maintained. It has a real nightclub feel and is totally closed off to the public for your function. It’s close to other nightlife and great restaurants and easy to get to even by public transport. If you want to stay on after your Art Class we can secure you a VIP spot on the roof at Sweethearts, and if it’s a nice summer evening this is highly recommended. Even if you are heading into the city afterwards it is a very short taxi ride, just one stop on the train or 10-minute walk (maybe 15 in heels!). This Life Drawing Venue is happy for you to decorate your space with Hens Party or Birthday Party paraphernalia before your Bride or Birthday girl arrives!

   The main reason this venue is our #1 is that your Life Drawing package at this location includes everything you will need at a fantastic price. This package deal includes canapés and finger food, your room hire for 2.5 hours and all drawing materials, plus unlimited alcohol (not spirits) – yes, unlimited!! They also have an option to upgrade to a full banquet style meal instead of the canapés for just a few dollars more and this is well worth it – you will certainly not need another dinner!

   We are able to hold Life Drawing Classes for Hens at this Sydney Venue from as early as 11am through to the latest being a 10pm finish, so just about whatever time you feel like combining a bit of male nudity with a party – we will be able to accommodate you at this venue!

   Another fantastic thing about this venue is that they are happy to cater for just 10 girls, so even if you have a small group, this venue is ideal. Most venues will not cater for groups less than 15 or even 20!

2. Nude Bar at The Glebe Hotel in Glebe

   Nude Bar - perfect name for your Sydney Hens Nude Drawing Class in Glebe! Don’t worry – only the model gets nude…you are allowed to keep your dignity - however, it is a Hens Night so whether you do or not will be entirely your choice!

   This venue is in an excellent location just between the CBD and Broadway, with Newtown very nearby too. Broadway and all it's new attractions is just a short walk away and the Star Casino and Darling Harbour just a very short taxi ride. It’s a pretty big venue styled in part like an old pub but also with recently renovated modern out door areas and a sit down restaurant.

   The area for the Art Classes is ‘Nude Bar’ which is completely private and situated on the first floor above the main pub. It is a great space with its own bar and bathroom and has a real old world charm to it with furnishings reminiscent of a velvety house of burlesque! It’s a great setting for a Hens Night!

   Having a full restaurant these guys can cater for full sit down meals before or after your life drawing, fill you up with canapés during your class or if you have a really ravenous group – both!

3. Home, The Venue on The Promenade in Darling Harbour

   This really is a sensational location for you to have your Sydney Darling Harbour Live Art Class. Slap bang in the middle of Darling Harbour with all its restaurants, nightlife and of course Barangaroo and the Star Casino just around the corner!

   The private room itself is situated on the 1st floor above Tokio Bar and as a result has a great view out on to the Promenade, Cockle Bay Wharf and across Darling Harbour. You’ll have your very own bar and barman located in the private room and an open balcony to go out onto and watch the sunset or have a drink and a smoke!

   This venue works on a bar tab system and your Hens Knights booking will have a $500 bar tab included plus 4 generous platters of food. For an extra cost you can even have a full meal at Tokio Bar downstairs before or after your class.

   The only drawback with this venue is that you will need to pay for a minimum 20 girls – you can have lower numbers on the day but you will still need to pay for 20. For the larger groups this venue has it all, perfect location with regard to nightlife, excellent value inclusions and a great private space with a great view and your very own bar and barman, so...make sure you drum up enough friends!

4. Mojos Mexican Tapas overlooking Bondi Beach
   

   If you are having your Life Drawing Hens Party in Bondi then you probably won’t be wanting to head into the city making Mojos a spankingly good choice for your beachside Hens. Why? Because if you have your Hens here you really won’t need to go anywhere else – Mojos has the lot onsite...

   • Great drinks and cocktails, including fabulous Mexican Tequila’s that you won’t find elsewhere

   • Sensational food that you can order as individuals in the sit down restaurant style setting with a great view over Bondi Beach or as a banquet for a fixed price per head. The food here is really something!

   • Your own completely private function room with plenty of seating and booths around a large enough dance floor to get the whole group up on their feet!

   • Plus the private function room even has an awesome karaoke set up with a great sound system through which you can either belt out a few favourite numbers for a sing-a-long or simply play your own music through it and dance the night away if you wish!

   In a nutshell you can quite happily spend your whole night at this venue – but be warned...it’s lively, super fun and the time will fly!

5. Velvet Lounge at The Beauchamp on the cusp of Paddington and Darlinghurst

   This great little venue is super cosy and has a real private VIP back room feel about it. Ideal for a Life Drawing Session in Darlinghurst! Once again it has its own bar and is totally private. Located on the corner of South Dowling Street and Oxford Street it is well positioned for a short walk to either Paddington or the bustling nightlife of Taylor Square and the Beresford. Even a walk to the CBD is not that far but certainly only a super short taxi ride.

   The beauty about this little gem of a venue is that they will allow you to just book the life drawing with no other set inclusions making it super cheap if you are on a budget. No other venues will allow this. Then if you wish you can simply purchase drinks from the bar as and when you need them. This is also the perfect option if you have several non-drinkers or pregnant girls at the Hens that can’t drink. In fact we have a current life drawing special deal for just $49 per head at this venue which is a bargain! Snap it up while you can! You will need to pay for a minimum of 15 girls though.

   Of course if you do want a package that includes either drinks or food or both a price can be worked out for you easily enough. The Beauchamp also has a full kitchen so if you would like to have a full lunch prior to your hen’s art class, that too can be arranged!

6. The Hidden Fortress Room at Crane Bar in Kings Cross

   This totally private room is a really intimate, cosy space ideal for smaller groups up to a max of about 24 girls. It’s a great spot for you to experience some of our super fun Hens Life Drawing Games and Exercises in Sydney! Located right in the centre of Kings Cross about 50metres from the train station, Crane Bar is also a fabulous Japanese Fusion restaurant with marvelous food and is close to all sorts of crazy nightspots – exactly what an outrageous Hens Night needs!
